    Y-shaped strip, 2 x 18 inch (uncut base: 2 inch) – 1 piece

    1. Lie in a prone position and relax your leg and foot. Attach the uncut base of the tape under the heel.
    2. Bend the ankle as shown in the second picture. Apply the outer end of the tape as if embracing the outer part of the calf muscle.
    3. By keeping the same position, apply the inner end of the tape as if embracing the inner part of the calf muscle.

    1. Lie down and spread your leg. Attach the uncut part of the tape to the protruding tibial tuberosity under the knee.
    2. Bend the knee as much as possible. Apply the inner end of the tape as if embracing the kneecap.
    3. Apply the outer end of the tape mirroring the inner end as if embracing the kneecap.

    – Fan-shaped strip, 2 x 20 inch (uncut base: 12 inch) – 1 piece

    – I-shaped strip, 2 x 4 inch – 1 piece

    1. Spread the fingers. Take the fan-shaped strip and remove the protective paper at the limit between the cut parts and the uncut part. Attach the tape to the wrist, next to the palm of the hand.
    2. Apply the four ends of the tape on the fingers (except for the thumb).
    3. Apply the uncut part of the tape along the back of the forearm.
    4. Spread the fingers again. Attach the center of the I-shaped strip to the back of the hand and apply the ends around the wrist.
