This wonderful set that includes three different types of snacks made from Balloon Flower roots uses ingredients that were produced only in Gyeongju, South Korea. This product does not contain artificial additives, meaning that you can fully taste the traditional flavors of the natural ingredients. Before the actual production of each snack, there were about 100 hours of meticulous work that went into the process of cutting up the balloon flower roots, boiling them, drying them, and fermenting them before they were ready to be turned into the snacks we know! The three products included in this set are the following: Balloon Flower Glaze, Balloon Flower Root in Rice Syrup, and Soybean Flour Flavored Balloon Flower Root in Rice Syrup. The Balloon Flower Glaze was created by taking the juice of balloon flowers, then slicing up bits of the roots before turning them into a glaze together. The addition of root slices creates a charming texture of the glaze that's bound to have anyone hooked. The Balloon Flower Root in Rice-Syrup is a chewy and sweet snack made of cut-up roots of balloon flowers that let you enjoy the full flavor of the roots as you take each bite. Lastly, the Soybean Flour Flavored Balloon Flower Root in Rice Syrup is similar to the regular roots in rice syrup, except that they are covered in soybean flour, creating a combination flavor of Injeolmi, a type of rice cake, and rice syrup from the snack. Inside each box, there is 150g of the Balloon Flower Glaze and 70g each of the Balloon Flower Root in Rice Syrup and the Soybean Flour Flavored Balloon Flower Root in Rice Syrup. This product is also perfect for gift giving as it comes in 3 traditional-looking jars contained inside a sturdy box. You can also add traditional cloth in either blue, Burgandy, or brown as an extra product to add a special touch to your snack set.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
